WHO WE ARE

SiFutra Ltd provides business strategy, creative, digital and AI-powered services to businesses.

For the purposes of applicable UK data protection law, SiFutra Ltd is the controller of personal information where we decide how and why that information is used.

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

When you contact, enquire with or book a call with SiFutra, we may collect information including:

Contact information - such as your name, email address and telephone number.

Business information - such as your business name, website, social-media profiles and information you choose to tell us about your business.

Enquiry information - including the services you’re interested in and anything you include in your message.

Booking information - such as your chosen appointment date and time and information you provide when arranging a strategy call.

Correspondence - information contained in emails, meeting communications or other conversations with us.

If you later become a SiFutra client, we may collect additional information necessary to provide the agreed services. Where this happens, we will only use information for appropriate business and service-delivery purposes.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We may receive personal information when you:

- complete a form on the SiFutra website;
- book a strategy call;
- email or otherwise contact us;
- communicate with us about a project or service; or
- provide information to us during a business relationship.

Our website and booking journey may also involve third-party technology providers that process information as part of providing their services.

WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

- respond to enquiries;
- arrange and manage strategy calls;
- understand your business and what support you are looking for;
- communicate with prospective and existing clients;
- prepare proposals and provide requested services;
- manage client relationships;
- maintain appropriate business and administrative records;
- protect the security and proper operation of our services; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting or other legitimate business obligations.

We do not automatically add people who enquire with SiFutra to marketing mailing lists.

OUR LAWFUL BASES

UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for using personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, SiFutra may rely on:

Contract - where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you.

Legitimate interests - where using information is reasonably necessary to operate SiFutra, respond to enquiries, communicate with clients, improve our services or protect our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Legal obligation - where we need to use or retain information to comply with applicable law.

Consent - where we specifically ask for and rely upon your consent.

WHO WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We may use trusted service providers to operate SiFutra and deliver our services.

These may include providers of:

- website hosting and website forms;
- email and business communications;
- appointment scheduling;
- calendar and video-meeting services;
- cloud storage;
- business administration; and
- other technology required to deliver an agreed client service.

At launch, this includes services used through Framer, Calendly and Google.

We do not sell personal information.

Where third-party providers process personal information, their own privacy terms and data-processing arrangements may also apply.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some technology providers we use may process or store information outside the United Kingdom.

Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard is in place.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where information needs to be retained for legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.

Different information may therefore have different retention periods.

We periodically review the information we hold and securely delete or anonymise information that we no longer need.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Access to business systems and personal information is limited, where appropriate, to people and service providers who require it for legitimate purposes.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, but protecting client and customer information is an important part of how SiFutra operates.

AI AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

SiFutra uses AI-assisted technology within parts of its creative, strategic and business services.

We do not believe that using AI removes our responsibility for the information entrusted to us.

Where personal information is involved, we aim to use technology purposefully and proportionately and to consider privacy, confidentiality and appropriate human oversight when designing or delivering services.

Where a client engagement requires SiFutra to process personal information on behalf of that client - for example through certain automation or AI customer-service systems - additional contractual and data-processing arrangements may be required.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights relating to your personal information, including rights to:

- access information held about you;
- ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- request deletion of information in certain circumstances;
- request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- object to certain uses of your information;
- receive certain information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Not every right applies in every situation.
